LOCKSTATION MILK STOUT
True to its roots, this full-bodied milk stout incorporates a variety of specialty malts that accentuate the aroma and flavours of roasted coffee beans and rich dark chocolate. This recipe was a multi-award winner at the 2018 Oktobertfest in Vankleek Hill.
This highly effervescent brut bursts with flavours of citrus, mango, and passionfruit. It’s dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin to give it a gooseberry finish with white grape aromatics.
PATHFINDER PALE ALE
Belgium meets the west coast with this delicious pale ale. A generous amount of “C” hops introduce flavours of pine, citrus and tropical fruit while the specialty malts balance bitterness with notes of honey and caramel. This copper coloured ale finishes with hints of banana, clove and a touch of pepper.
